About Us

Raptor Translations Magazine was originally founded in May 2019 by Raptor Consolidated Media Group as a business, translation and linguistics publication.

Originally, we founded to explore the translation industry as a whole, but soon expanded to focusing on the best ways to learn languages and the cultures behind them.

We are still going strong on these initial focus points, being the place where language enthusiasts, translators, translation company executives and businessmen can come to get the answers they seek!

Alexander Pask is a senior contributor to Raptor Translations Magazine. He is a hyperpolyglot, speaking 11 languages. He hopes to be able to learn more languages in the future!

Gareth Seagull

Gareth Seagull is the editor-in-chief of Raptor Translations Magazine. Before that, he was a language teacher, linguistics professor and later a translator! He currently speaks five European languages.

David Ratón Gonzales

David Ratón Gonzales is a senior contributor to Raptor Translations Magazine. Before this, David traveled the world, immersing himself in the local language and culture, leaving him fluent!

Chloe Harmon

At 20 years old, Chloe Harmon dropped out of university to travel the world. Here, she would immerse herself in the local culture, often learning their languages. She still do this today!

George Sanghvi

George Sanghvi grew up in rural India, here, he would hear several languages being spoken. As a kid, this fascinated George into learning most of these languages. He has never stopped.

Henry Ausberger

As a child, Henry Ausberger's father was a Russian translator for the US military. In his father's spare time, his father would teach him Russian, this started a lifelong passion for languages!
